Bulgaria and Turkey Collaborate to Strengthen Border Security
In a proactive move to bolster security along their shared border, Bulgaria and Turkey have initiated a joint project aimed at enhancing law enforcement capacities and cooperation. The endeavor, funded through the 2021-2027 Interreg VI-A IPA Bulgaria-Turkey Cross-border Cooperation Programme, has been announced by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
46 out 48 Projects Successfully Completed Within the Cooperation between Bulgaria and Macedonia
46 projects have been successfully completed in the past 2018 from the 48 project proposals financed under the first call for cooperation between Bulgaria and Macedonia, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Petya Avramova said at the ceremony for the award of contracts for the cross-border cooperation programme between Bulgaria and Northern Macedonia, Focus News Agency
The Process of Preparing the Bulgaria-Romania Program 2021-2027 was Launched
Progress in the implementation of the cross-border cooperation program between Romania and Bulgaria for 2018 was reported at the Eleventh Monitoring Committee meeting, the press office of the MRDPW announced.
Serbian PM to attend Bilderberg Group meeting
This has been announced on the group's website.
According to the website, there will be 130 participants from 23 countries.
Among them will be the NATO secretary general, PMs of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Estonia, UNESCO 's director general, and representatives from Turner International, Fiat and Ryanair companies.

Bulgaria can Open the "New Silk Road" to Central and Western Europe
Bulgaria could become a bridge for Chinese cargo and open the "New Silk Road"(One Belt One Road Initiative) to Central and Western Europe, said Transport Minister Ivaylo Moskovski in response to a question on the Trans-Caspian transport corridor, reports Bgnes.
Nearly EUR 7 Million will be Invested in the Border Region Between Bulgaria and Macedonia
€ 6.9 million will be invested in the border region between Bulgaria and Macedonia. This was announced by the press center of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW). The funds are earmarked to finance projects under the second call for proposals under the Interreg - IPA Program for cross-border cooperation between the two countries with the MRDPW managing authority.
Bilderberg Group Favours Serbian PM With Invitation
Serbia's Prime Minister, Ana Brnabic, is the only person from the Western Balkans so far to have received an invitation to this year's Bilderberg group meeting from June 7 to 10 June in Turin, Italy.
Brnabic apparently received the invitation while attending the global business conference in Davos, Switzerland.
