Tourist boat overturns on Italian lake, at least 3 dead; several missing
A tourist boat capsized in a storm on Italy's Lago Maggiore in the northern Lombardy region on Sunday, with at least three people confirmed dead, Italian media reported.
Blue Air to offer second daily flight Bucharest - Milan from August 16
From August 16, low-cost airline Blue Air will offer a second daily flight from Bucharest - Henri Coanda to Linate, Milan. "Prices start at 9.99 euros per segment - all fees and a free change included," the company said Tuesday in a press statement.
EU: Air passengers 'halved' in March amid virus
The number of air passengers "at least halved" in March, when the novel coronavirus peaked, the 27-member-bloc's statistical office said on June 16.
Restrictive measures, to stem the spread of the COVID-19, affected the aviation sector deeply, Eurostat said.
In March, versus the same month 2019, the largest decline was seen in Italy by 85%, or 11.9 million.
