Plovdiv Initiates Free Public Transport Cards for Children Aged 7 to 14
Starting this morning, the city of Plovdiv commenced the distribution of free travel cards for public transport to students aged 7 to 14.
There were no reports of overcrowding at the service desks, where parents could obtain the new travel documents for their children.

Slovenia says Covid certificate must not lead to additional restrictions
Ljubljana – The EU member states have reached an agreement at the ambassadorial level on a joint position on Covid certificates, with Slovenia emphasising that such a certificate must not lead to additional restrictions and that it must be available to all citizens.
What will the Covid passport look like?
The European Union officials presented what the Covid passports, which will be in use from June 15, will look like. The passport will initially be valid for citizens of the European Union. Third countries, including Serbia, will soon be able to issue similar travel documents.

Forged travel document workshop dismantled in Piraeus
Police on Thursday discovered a workshop for forging travel documents in a home in Piraeus and arrested a 52-year-old man.
Authorities were led to the workshop by the suspect, a Bulgarian national, who was detained in central Athens after he was found in possession of a shoe box containing passports and passport photos of people.
Police cracks down on passport forgery ring
A police operation set up with support from Europol has resulted in the disbandment of an extensive network that supplied more than 1 million euros' worth of forged passports and other travel documents to migrant smuggling rings, the Hellenic Police (ELAS) said on Friday.

Bulgaria's Govt Enables Granting of Statelessness Status
The Bulgarian government has approved draft amendments introducing a status of statelessness in the legislation.
Procedures regulating the legal status and the issuance of travel documents to stateless people who have been granted such status either by Bulgaria or another state have been clarified, with the government submitting the draft to Parliament for consideration.

Police in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, have arrested two people after they were found to be carrying counterfeit passports and other bogus travel documents.
