Romanian feature film "De ce eu?" (Why Me?) by director Tudor Giurgiu, has won the Award of the Bulgarian Guild of Film Critics for the best film in the Balkan Competition at the 19th edition of the Sofia International Film Festival running over March 5-29, organisers reported in a press release on Monday.
