MİT neutralizes PKK's so-called local leader
The National Intelligence Organization (MİT) has neutralized a PKK local leader who led one of the most crowded terrorist units in Syria.
Nejdet Dağlarer, codenamed "Geli Serhat," was monitored for a while due to his activities in Türkiye and his actions against the Turkish army by the MİT.

Ministry: 7 PKK terrorists neutralized
Turkish security forces have neutralized seven PKK terrorists in the Operation Euphrates Shield and Operation Claw-Lock zones, the Defense Ministry has announced.
In a social media post, the ministry informed that four PKK terrorists were neutralized in the Operation Claw-Lock zone in Iraq's north.

ISIL’s so-called ‘education centers’ busted in Ankara
Police have busted some houses that ISIL terrorists had converted into so-called "sharia education centers" in the capital Ankara within the scope of simultaneous operations and detained some 17 terrorists.
During the operations, the provincial counterterrorism team seized piles of digital materials and banned publications with propaganda content.
26 PKK/YPG terrorists neutralized: Ministry
A total of 26 PKK/YPG terrorists who were preparing to attack the Operation Peace Spring and Operation Euphrates Shield zones have been neutralized, the Defense Ministry has announced.
"Eighteen PKK/YPG terrorists have been neutralized by our Turkish Armed Forces in the Euphrates Shield zone," the ministry said in a social media post.

MİT neutralizes PKK terrorist in N Iraq
The Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MİT) has neutralized Vedat Aksaç, a terrorist who was in the so-called PKK's "hit squad," in northern Iraq, Demirören News Agency has reported.
Two other terrorists were neutralized in an operation on Sept. 5.

US, PKK hold joint military exercise in Syria
U.S. soldiers have taken part in a joint military exercise with PKK/YPG terrorists in the countryside in Syria's northeast.
Photos from the exercise conducted by the U.S.-led Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve coalition and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) against the ISIL were shared on the coalition's Twitter account, saying, "stronger together."

Türkiye captures ’senior’ ISIL leader: Erdoğan
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said on Sept. 9 that Turkish security forces had arrested a "senior executive" of the ISIL.
Erdoğan said the commander was known as Abu Zeyd.
His real name was Bashar Khattab Ghazal al-Sumaidai, Erdoğan told reporters on board his flight home from a three-nation tour of the Balkans.

PYD/YPG terrorist nabbed in Istanbul Airport
A terrorist of PYD/YPG, PKK's Syrian offshoot, who came to Türkiye after receiving training in PKK's camps in Syria and Iraq has been caught in an operation at Istanbul Airport.
Being wanted for a while, A.Ö. passed through two checkpoints at Istanbul Airport by being searched. However, after she gave a fingerprint sample, her identity was revealed and she was detained by the police.

Turkish soldier killed as military helicopter crash-lands: Ministry
A Turkish soldier has died as one of the army's helicopters has suffered an accident during a military operation in northern Iraq, the Defense Ministry has announced.
Another senior PKK member killed in northern Iraq by MİT
The Turkish National Intelligence Organization (MİT) has neutralized another senior PKK terrorist in northern Iraq, Demirören News Agency has reported.
"Bedirhan Abi, codenamed 'Darav Gevda' has been killed in Sinjar," the agency wrote on Sept. 4.
