OPEC+ partners to decide wheter to pump more oil

 As the world rushed to condemn the Russian invasion of its smaller neighbor, the wealthy Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), have largely kept quiet. Middle East experts say their reticence is understandable given what's at play - energy, money and security.

‘Most beautiful building on Earth’ opens in Dubai

Dubai opened its Museum of the Future on Feb. 22, a spectacular structure it is touting as the world's most beautiful building.

The museum, a seven-storey hollow silver ellipse decorated with Arabic calligraphy of quotes from Dubai's ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, and thousands of meters of LED lights, takes pride of place on Sheikh Zayed Road, the city's main highway.

President Erdoğan due to visit UAE on Feb 14-15

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will pay a visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Feb. 14-15 as the countries stepped up to restore ties after years-long strain.

Bilateral relations between Turkey and the UAE will be evaluated in all aspects, and the possibilities of developing cooperation will be discussed during the meetings, said a statement by the presidency.

Podgoršek talks food industry cooperation in Dubai

Dubai – Agriculture Minister Jože Podgoršek met in Dubai on Tuesday Saif Mohammed Rashid Saeed al Shara, a high representative of the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment of the UAE. The pair talked cooperation in agricultural and food products and the transfer of knowledge, especially in terms of cooperation of expert institutions.
