Brnabic meets with UAE president

DUBAI - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic met with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan in Dubai on Monday.

On the fringes of the World Government Summit, they discussed bilateral relations and further advancement of economic cooperation.

Brnabic conveyed Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's greetings to al Nahyan.

Serbia, UAE agree to sign memorandum on cooperation in energy

ABU DHABI - Serbia's Minister of Mining and Energy Dubravka Djedovic and UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Al Mazroui on Tuesday agreed to sign a memorandum on cooperation in development of hydrogen as a new fuel and continued cooperation in the field of renewable energy sources.

Brnabic: FTA with UAE to be signed within three months

DUBAI - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic said on Monday a Serbia-UAE FTA was expected to be signed within three months and that the Serbian government would submit to the UAE its comments on a draft of the agreement during the day.

In a statement to Tanjug, Brnabic said the signing of a FTA would help boost bilateral economic cooperation, which she noted was definitely below the potential.

The Go Global Awards recognize companies and organizations that drive the economy forward through their innovation, technology and strategic solutions.

Türkiye, UAE space agencies sign cooperation deal

Türkiye's space agency (TUA) and the United Arab Emirates Space Agency (UAESA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the peaceful use of space and space science, technologies and applications.

The signing ceremony was held in Istanbul on July 13 where delegations from both countries gathered for an investment workshop.

UAE sends Aid to Ukrainian Refugees in Bulgaria

The UAE has sent a plane with 52 tons of food products in support of Ukrainian refugees to the Republic of Bulgaria as part of the UAE's ongoing assistance to alleviate the humanitarian consequences facing Ukrainian refugees in Ukraine's neighboring countries, the Emirates News Agency reported.

The number of Ukrainian refugees in Bulgaria is estimated at more than 90,000.
