A Turkish family, who went to the Greek city of Thessaloniki for a weekend holiday, has been attacked by a Greek ultra-nationalist group who thought they were Macedonians. 

The Kremlin's foreign policy increasingly seems to rest on the assumption that all countries are as corruptible as Vladimir Putin's Russia. Right-wing organizers of a protest rally on Tuesday in Skopje, called "For Defence of the Country's Name and the Nation's Identity", have called Macedonians from home and abroad to attend the event on Tuesday evening.

The Macedonian Parliament ratified the Friendship and Neighborhood Agreement between the Republic of Macedonia and Bulgaria with 61 votes in favor of the good neighborship and friendship between the two countries.

A new body called the "Civic Initiative for United Macedonia", urged ethnic Macedonians to attend a rally at 5pm Monday in front of the parliament in Skopje, in defence of Macedonia's allegedly endangered national interests.
