Bulgaria's Growth to Fall in 2016, EU Says
Economic growth will fall to 1.5 per cent in 2016 due to a slowdown in EU funds absorption but will pick up in 2017, the European Commission has said in its latest forecast.

"Chapters 23 and 24 could be opened by end of June"
Jadranka Joksimovic expects EU accession talks chapters 23 and 24, on the rule of law and the judicial reform, to be opened by the end of June.
This should happen during the Dutch EU presidency, the Serbian minister without portfolio in charge of EU integration said on Tuesday.

The OSCE Ministerial Council meeting on Thursday and Friday in Belgrade will be the culmination of Serbia's one-year chairmanship of the international security body.
Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, who is the 2015 OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, said critical issues such as the Ukraine situation, the refugee crisis and terrorism would be discussed.

The Heads of State or Government of the 28 member states of the EU will convene at a regular meeting of the European Council in Brussels on Thursday and Friday.
The refugee crisis facing Europe will be the main topic of discussion at the summit as leaders will continue efforts towards establishing an effective, humanitarian and safe European migration policy.
