Head of EULEX commends cooperation with Belgrade
KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - Head of the EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX) Bernd Borchardt confirmed that he is leaving office, and underlined that good cooperation was established between the authorities in Belgrade, EULEX and Pristina institutions during his mandate.

Head of EULEX Bernd Borchardt leaves office
PRISTINA - Head of EULEX Bernd Borchardt is set to leave his office, the daily Danas from Belgrade has reported.
Borchardt will leave in around 10 days, after serving for almost 2 years.
He will return to the German Foreign Ministry, which was where he came from in December 2012 to assume the post of the head of EULEX, the mission told Danas in Pristina.

Djuric discusses dialogue with Pristina with CoE delegation
BELGRADE - The head of the Office for Kosovo-Metohija Marko Djuric discussed with a Council of Europe (CoE) delegation on Tuesday the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and the Serbian government's activities aimed at implementing the Brussels agreements.
EULEX takes over remains of 24 people exhumed in Raska
PRISTINA - EULEX forensic officials received from the Serbian authorities in Merdare on Friday the remains of 24 people most recently exhumed in Raska, south Serbia.
They also received additional evidence and other documents, EULEX stated.
The remains will be transported to the headquarters of the forensics department in Pristina for identification.

Courts with mostly Serb staff are crucial for rule of law
ZUBIN POTOK - Head of the Serbian government's Office for Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) Marko Djuric said that the situation in northern KiM, regarding the rule of law and safety of citizens and property, cannot be normalized until courts and prosecutor's offices with mostly Serb staff are established, in line with the Brussels agreement.
