UNSC session on new report on UNMIK scheduled for April 22
NEW YORK - A UN Security Council session on UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres's new semi-annual report on UNMIK, the UN mission in Kosovo-Metohija, is slated for April 22, according to the UNSC monthly schedule.
The session has been called by Malta, current president of the UNSC.
Botsan-Kharchenko: West hysterically blocked UNSC session on aggression on Yugoslavia

Serbia submits request for extraordinary UNSC session over Kosovo-Metohija
NEW YORK - Serbia's Ambassador to the UN Nemanja Stevanovic submitted on Monday a request by the Republic of Serbia to call an extraordinary UNSC session over the situation in Kosovo-Metohija.
Stevanovic submitted the request to the political adviser of the Guyanese mission to the UN.
Guyana is presiding over the UNSC.

The request was submitted to the Guyana Mission to the political adviser in the mission of this country, which is the chair of the United Nations Security Council.
UNSC session on UNMIK report rescheduled for October 23
NEW YORK - The UN Security Council session on the next semiannual report on the work of UNMIK, the UN mission in Kosovo-Metohija, will be held on October 23.
The session has been rescheduled from October 18.
Tensions in Serbia's southern province have escalated since the most recent session on the mission's work, held on April 27.
Greece congratulates newly elected members of the UN Security Council
Greece congratulated Slovenia, its partner and ally in the European Union, for its election as member of the UN Security Council for the term 2014-2025, the Foreign Affairs Ministry said on Wednesday.
The FM also congratulated Algeria, Guyana, Sierra Leone, and South Korea who were elected new members of the UN Security Council for 2024-2025.
Slovenia elected member of UN Security Council
Slovenia has been elected a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council for 2024-2025, securing the requisite two-thirds majority among UN member states in the first round of voting on 6 June to beat Belarus in the Eastern European group.
