Slovenian army authorized to use force against refugees
Slovenia's parliament has adopted with 66 votes in favor and five against the legal changes that give greater powers to the army in protecting the state border.
Only deputies from the United Left, who think the amendments are unconstitutional, voted against on Wednesday morning.

Erdo?an was elected by popular vote last year. He received 52 percent of the vote. But right now, the first party in parliament got just over 40 percent of the votes in the June general election.

Pristina: Signing of law on special war crimes court delayed
The signing of a law that should enable for the formation of a special court for war crimes has been delayed in Kosovo.
Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga should have signed the law by midnight on Tuesday, but several opposition parties during the day asked the Constitutional Court "to appraise its constitutionality."
Relatives of killed inmate to receive indemnity
Turkey's top court ruled for a total of 190,000 Turkish Liras of compensation to be paid to the relatives of an inmate who was killed during a gendarmerie operation codenamed "Operation Return to Life" in Ankara's Ulucanlar Prison in September 1999.
