Amazon is 'in talks' to buy Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM), the movie studio behind James Bond. 

Jeff Bezos's company has reportedly made a bid in the region of billion, according to sources familiar with the matter. Talks are said to be in the advanced stages. 

"Especially when it comes to activism, like-minded individuals and people who want to participate and learn will be drawn to houses and clubs, meaning we can all speak to and learn from each other in an environment that is encouraging of that."

Launched in April 2020, Clubhouse currently boasts more than eight million users worldwide.

Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) on April 5 launched a direct investigation into Facebook over a recent user data leak.

According to information received by Anadolu Agency, the body took the decision to initiate an ex officio investigation after discussing the issue at a meeting on reports that the data of 533 million Facebook users were shared on a hacker platform.

Turkey's Communications Directorate has prepared a next-generation fact-checking platform to fight fake news on social media.

The communications authority will reveal the accuracy of news and information spread on social media via the platform. It will be available for IOS and Android.

Twitter gave no notice or explanation of the suspension, but Ana Toskic Cvetinovic, the executive director of Partners Serbia, had a hunch - that it was the result of a "coordinated attack", probably other Twitter users submitting complaints about how the NGO was using its account.

Getir, a major online delivery service in Turkey, has started operating in London, its co-founder announced on Jan. 27. 

"Getir is now in London. We will endear this two-syllable Turkish word there, too," Nazım Salur, the co-founder and CEO of the fast-delivery startup Getir, said in a Twitter post.
