Parents who refuse to vaccinate their children after being informed of the risks this entails could be fined and their children could be prevented from attending attend public nurseries, kindergartens or schools, according to the draft Vaccination Law which is to be approved by the Romanian government.

Vaccination now mandatory for all children in Serbia

BELGRADE -- A written consent of children's legal guardians is no longer necessary to inoculate children in Serbia after parliament passed a law making this obligatory.

Deputies in the Serbian National Assembly on Friday adopted a draft bill amending the Law on Protection of the Population from Contagious Diseases.
