Greece's Air Force has denied recent media reports of snags and delays in the upgrade of its F-16 fighter jet fleet.
In a statement on Wednesday, it said that work to date is "in line with the scheduled time frame."

Turkish fighter jets fly over Greek islets
Turkish jets violated Greek airspace on Monday, with a pair of F-16 fighter jets entering Athens' Flight Information Region (FIR) without submitting a flight plan and flying over three islets of the eastern Aegean, according to the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (GEETHA).

Sofia's parking areas remain free until April 20 inclusive. This was decided at a meeting today by the Sofia Operational Headquarters.

Turkish incursions over eastern Aegean
A pair of Turkish fighter jets entered Athens' Flight Information Region (FIR) on Friday morning without submitting a flight plan and flew over the islets of Oinouses, the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (GEETHA) said.
The incursion was recorded at 10.29 a.m., according to GEETHA.

Driving licenses and plates being returned to motorists
Motorists who had their driving licenses revoked or number plates removed over minor traffic violations up until March 16 will be able to get them back, according to a decision made public on Tuesday by the Citizens' Protection Ministry.
