Turkish video game app sits atop list in US
Turkish developers celebrated success on May 15 after Repair Master 3D was ranked first on a list of top-playing video game apps in the U.S.
Quok Games, a team of Middle East Technical Universities' (METU) Technopolis Animation Technologies, and Game Development Center began developing the game in 2018.

I could bring up baksuz now. This old word from the Turkish language translates as jinx or bad luck, but it is much more personal. It's like an Irish leprechaun made of anti-matter, crafted in the collective unconscious of the Balkans as an explanation of the inexplicable or an excuse for bad choices.

Children battling cancer boost their spirits in hospital’s playrooms
Volunteers from the Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer (KAÇUV) have been working to cheer up children battling cancer at an Istanbul hospital.
KAÇUV volunteers have prepared a room of the hospital as a "playroom" for the children. In the room, they play games and spend time with fun activities.
Two teens hurt amid tensions at Moria migrant camp
Two Afghan teenagers were in the hospital on the northeastern Aegean island of Lesvos on Wednesday following scuffles in the island's severely overcrowded refugee reception center of Moria.
A 15-year-old was in critical condition while the injuries of his 16-year-old compatriot were said to be less serious. It appears that the two incidents were not related.
