Sofia. On the checkpoints Danube Bridge-Vidin and Danube Bridge-Ruse, there is very heavy truck traffic to Romania, according to Border Police data as of 1.00 pm. On the border with Turkey, there is heavy truck traffic on Kapitan Andreevo and Lesovo from Bulgaria, reports Focus News Agency.

Vidin. Patients from Vidin will be transported to hospitals in Montana and Lom after a technical failure in the haemodialysis centre in Vidin, the Ministry of Health said. Minister Kiril Ananiev ordered an inspection in the centre. The management of the Vidin hospital expects the device to resume operations on Monday after repairs.

Bononia fortress occupied an area of over 20 hectares.

In the Bulgarian city of Vidin archaeologists have unearthed ruins of an ancient Roman military camp Bononia, which was the largest fortification on the Lower Danube.

Sofia. А technical glitch is causing difficulties to the processing of persons and vehicles entering and exiting Bulgaria, said the press office of the Border Police.

Sofia. As of 8.00 am, there is heavy truck traffic at exit from the country on the border checkpoints at Kapitan Andreevo, Ruse, Vidin and Kulata, according to Border Police data. On the borders with Serbia and Macedonia, there is normal traffic on all checkpoints.

Heavy traffic of automobiles exiting Bulgaria at the border with Serbia through Kalotina checkpoint and at the border with Greece at Kulata and Makaza checkpoints. 

Sofia. At the Bulgarian-Turkish border at Malko Tarnovo checkpoint, there is heavy traffic of automobiles in both directions. At the border with Romania at Danube Bridge-Vidin, the truck traffic is heavy on exit. At the Danube Bridge-Ruse there is heavy traffic of automobiles in both directions, Border Police told Focus News Agency.

There is heavy traffic on the borders with Greece, Serbia and Romania, according to Border Police data as of 2.00 pm. On Kalotina, there is heavy car traffic to Serbia. On Makaza and Kulata, many cars are travelling to Greece. On the border with Romania, there is heavy outbound traffic of trucks via Ruse and Vidin.

Sofia. There is heavy truck traffic to Romania on the checkpoints at Ruse and Vidin, and inbound from Greece on Kulata, according to Border Police data as of 8.00 am. On the other checkpoints on the Bulgarian-Romanian border, there is intense car traffic. Normal traffic on the borders with Serbia, Macedonia and Turkey.

Sofia. There is heavy traffic of trucks exiting Bulgaria at Kulata, Kapitan Andreevo and Danube Bridge - Ruse checkpoints, Border Police told Focus News Agency at 06:00 am this morning. Traffic at the borders with Serbia and Macedonia is normal.
