Vietnam has discovered a new COVID-19 variant which spreads quickly by air and is a combination of the Indian and British strains, health officials confirmed on May 29.

Vietnam ratifies trade deal with EU in boost for economy

All 39 People who Were Found Dead in a Truck in Essex Are Vietnamese Nationals
British police said today that they now believe all 39 people who were found dead in the truck discovered in Essex last week are Vietnamese, Reuters reported.
"At this time, we believe the victims are Vietnamese nationals, and we are in contact with the Vietnamese government," Essex police Assistant Chief Constable Tim Smith said on Twitter.
Russia resumes wheat export to Vietnam
Russia, the world's largest wheat exporter, has resumed shipments to major buyer Vietnam after a temporary suspension at Vietnam's request, Russian state news agency TASS reported, citing Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov.
