Approximately 152,600 persons, Romanian and foreign citizens, with over 41,300 vehicles (of which 15,600 trucks) conducted control formalities through the border crossing points at the level of the entire country in the past 24 hours, informs the General Inspectorate of the Border Police on Wednesday.

Approximately 174,200 people, Romanian and foreign citizens, with over 41,800 means of transportation (of which 9,900 trucks) have presented themselves to carry out their formalities at the border crossing points nationwide, in the last 24 hours, according to a press release sent by the General Inspectorate of the Border Police (IGPF) to AGERPRES on Monday.

Eight foreign nationals found hiding in lorries crossing into Hungary
Eight foreign nationals from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Morocco, who were trying to cross the border into Hungary illegally, were found by border police at Nadlac hiding in two lorries carrying polystyrene and metal profiles for companies in Germany and France.
