This has happened quietly and without clear regulations and procedures, writes Bulgarian media "Capital" and adds that the story is even more complicated because in practice no one knows who is responsible.
United Group, a BC Partners company, acquires Wind Hellas
United Group has reached an agreement with Crystal Almond Holdings Limited for the acquisition of Wind Hellas.
The deal is reportedly worth 950m euros.
Providing mobile, landline and television services, Wind has a total of 4.2 million users and has revenues of over € 500 million per year.

The Bulgarian incumbent telco Vivacom generated 29% of United Group's revenues in the first quarter.
