Antonov wrote on Telegram that there is no necessary infrastructure to operate those fighter jets in Ukraine, and that there is no required number of pilots and personnel to maintain the aircraft, Reuters reported.
Antonov also warned that any Ukrainian attack on Crimea would be considered an attack on Russia.

Russia claims to have Bakhmut but Ukraine says battle not over

Although Russia claims it has won control of Ukraine's eastern city of Bakhmut, after a grinding nine-month conflict in which tens of thousands of fighters have died, top Ukrainian military leaders say the battle is not over.

Ukrainian officials acknowledge they now control only a small part of Bakhmut.

He added that they will leave the conflict zone in that area within the next week.
"We conquered the entire territory of Bakhmut, as we promised, until the last centimeter, today we did not conquer anything," Prigozhin said in an audio message on Telegram.
He said that he would hand over the territory of Bakhmut to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Reuters reported.

Zelensky says Russian troops in Bakhmut but town 'not occupied'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday that Russian troops were in Bakhmut -- which Moscow claimed it captured a day earlier -- but insisted the east Ukrainian town was "not occupied".

"Today they (Russian troops) are in Bakhmut," Zelensky said at a press conference during the G7 summit in Hiroshima.

But he added: "Bakhmut is not occupied by Russia today."
