Vucic: Talks underway with major German company about investment in Vranje
VRANJE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday negotiations were underway with a major German company about a 200 mln euro plus investment in Vranje, southern Serbia, that would create around 1,500 jobs.
Vučić: We will send experts to Niš for the maternity ward
"It is my duty to speak for Nis. In Nis, we have two options, two schools of thought. We will either build a new maternity hospital or reconstruct the old one. We will send experts from Belgrade to see what is better to do," said Vui.

President Vui was welcomed by Bishop Pahomije of Vranje and mother Jelena, abbess of the monastery of the Holy Great Martyr Panteleimon.

Vucic: We are in talks about major Western investment in Vranje
VRANJE - President of Serbia and Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) member Aleksandar Vucic announced on Friday evening talks were underway about a major Western investment in Vranje, southern Serbia, that would be worth over 100 mln euros.
A spy from the Serbian Army was arrested
Reserve officer of the Serbian Army and employee of the Culture Center in Bosilegrad Lj.G. was arrested yesterday on suspicion of providing confidential information to the Bulgarian secret service.
According to Novosti, Lj.G. (61) gave information about our armed forces.

Serbian Authorities Detain Bulgarian Resident on Espionage Allegations
Serbian police have apprehended a 61-year-old man from Bosilegrad, identified as L.G., on suspicions of espionage for Bulgaria, revealed the Supreme Prosecutor's Office in Vranje. The individual, Lyuben Grigorov, a retired reserve officer from the former Yugoslav army, faced a 30-day detention after a prolonged surveillance operation by Serbian authorities.
Serbian Police Raided a Bulgarian Cultural Center and Seized Bulgarian Books
A group of civilian policemen and inspectors from the municipality of Surdulica searched the premises of the Cultural and Information Center "Bosilegrad" on the Day of the Western Outlands - November 8. The action is by order of the High Court from the city of Vranje. After the search, 23 books of the Bulgarian writer, poet and diplomat Edvin Sugarev were temporarily taken, BTA reports.
Vucic: Very good relations with N. Macedonia confirmed, to develop further
VRANJE - Speaking to reporters after meeting with North Macedonian counterpart Stevo Pendarovski at the monastery of Prohor Pcinjski near Vranje, southern Serbia, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said the extremely good relations between the two countries had been confirmed at the meeting.

Vui and Pendarovski decided to visit the monastery first, and then hold a meeting.
Vui stated that the reconstruction of the monastery was done.
Pendarovski laid a wreath at the memorial fountain in the gate of the monastery.
Ministers Nikola Selakovi and Bratislav Gai also attended the reception of the delegation from North Macedonia.
