Athens police find weapons cache in stolen car
Police in Athens have found a large cache of weapons in a car that had been reported stolen.
Officers in the Neo Kosmos district performed a check on the vehicle's number plate and established that it had been reported stolen in January.

Two unexploded WWII naval mines found off central Greece
Two unexploded World War II naval mines were found by a fisherman in the coastal area of the region of Larissa, central Greece, on Thursday, state-run broadcaster ERT reported.
The mines were found at a depth of 10 and 11 meters, respectively, some 500 meters from shore of the popular Kastri-Loutro beach, at the municipality of Tempe.
The detention of the father of the killer from Vračar has been extended
The High Court in Belgrade has extended the detention of Vladimir Kecmanovi, the father of the boy K.K. who committed the massacre at the elementary school "Vladislav Ribnikar na Vraar", writes "Novosti".
His detention was extended for another 30 days.
Fresh Russian bombardment of Kiev kills at least 3 people, wounds others
Russian forces began June with a fresh aerial bombardment of Kiev on Thursday, killing at least three people and wounding others, authorities said.

Father of Mladenovac shooter arrested
BELGRADE - The father of the 21-year-old man suspected of last week's mass shooting in villages in the vicinity of Mladenovac and Smederevo has been arrested, a source at the Interior Ministry confirmed to Tanjug on Wednesday.
The source said Radisa Blazic had been placed in 48-hour detention.
