Cold wave from Siberia to reach Serbia, region

The Hydro-Meteorological Institute (RHMZ) announced this on its website on Thursday.

There will be moderate to strong frost in the mornings, while the temperature will remain below zero around the clock.

The RHMZ issued a warning, saying that this cold wave will last at least five consecutive days in most parts of Serbia.

Today the temperatures will rise to 15-16 degrees, in places will reach to 17-18 degrees. The weather will be sunny, clear and very pleasant.

By Friday, weather will remain at relatively high daily temperatures, with tumultuous clouds, with more sun.

Mostly Sunny with Maximum Temperatures of 1-6°C

It will be mostly sunny today. Before noon, there will be fog or inversion clouds in some parts of the lowlands.

It will be almost quiet. The maximum temperatures are expected at between 1°C and 6°C, for Sofia around 4°C.

NIMH: It will be Rainy with Maximum Temperatures of 9-14°C

There will be substantial clouds today with rainfalls mostly in the eastern half of the country. Over Western Bulgaria, the clouds will sometimes scatter and decrease.

The southwestern wind will weaken and transform into northwestern later in the day, bringing cold air. The maximum temperatures will range between 9°C and 14°C, in Sofia around 9°C.

NIMH: Mostly Cloudy Over the Country Today

It will be mostly cloudy over the country today and light rains are expected in some areas. There will be light to moderate northeastern wind. Maximum temperatures will range between 8°C and 13°C, in Sofia around 9°C.

NIMH: Clouds to Continue Increasing, Maximum Temperatures of 12-17°C

The clouds will continue to increase and thicken today. In the afternoon and evening, there will be light rain in some areas.

The wind will come from West-Northwest, and will be moderate in the Danube Plain. Maximum temperatures will reach 12°C to 17°C. The atmospheric pressure will decrease and will be lower than the average for November.
