Five dead in floods in Serbia so far, one missing
BELGRADE - Five people have died, one of them a rescue worker, head of the Interior Ministry department for emergencies Predrag Maric has said.
One person from Varvarin, a town on the banks of the Great Morava, cental Serbia, is missing, he said at a meeting of the national headquarters for emergencies.

Death Toll in Serbia, Bosnia Floods Rises
Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have reported a death toll of at least 20 in the worst floods in the region in more than a century.
Serbia's Interior Ministry confirmed there had been at least 15 deaths in Serbia and another five in neighboring Bosnia-Herzegovina but unconfirmed reports put the numbers even higher, at over 30.

Wet Cool Weather in BG To Continue Till July
The unusually wet and cool weather will continue until July, says the TV-MET meteorological head Petar Yankov, quoted by Bulgarian-language media.
According to him, the weather will return to normal in July and in August it will be typically for the month hot and dry.

Town of Šabac safe, flood victims in Obrenovac
BELGRADE, ŠABAC -- The bodies of those who perished in the flood in Obrenovac are being recovered on Saturday, MUP Emergency Sector chief Predrag Marić has said.
But he told a news conference in Belgrade that authorities would not reveal the number of victims "until flood waters have subsided."

Bosnia Floods Claim Lives, Force Thousands From Homes
At least nine more victims of the severe floods that have struck Bosnia this week were reported at the weekend. Police said six bodies had been recovered in Doboj, northern Bosnia, as flood waters receded. Three other deaths were reported in Maglaj and Samac.
