The founder of an organization that trained the Syrian "White Helmets" emergency response group has died in İstanbul

At least 19 civilians were killed in two days when Russian airstrikes hit a Syrian town inside the Idlib de-escalation zone, the White Helmets civil defense group said on Aug. 17.

The death toll from airstrikes carried out by Russian and Syrian regime forces on July 22 morning in the de-escalation zone in Idlib province rose to 50 civilians, according to the White Helmets civil defense agency.

At least 38 civilians were killed in a Russian airstrike on July 22 on a marketplace in de-escalation zone in northwestern Syria, according to the White Helmets civil defense agency. 

The foreign ministry in Damascus condemned on Monday the evacuation of hundreds of trapped White Helmets rescue workers and their relatives from Syria's south through its arch-foe and neighbour, Israel.

A very interesting and disturbing accusation against the “White Helmets” NGO in Syria:

Syrian President Bashar Assad has hit out at the controversial nonprofit White Helmets, calling it a front for Islamic terrorism, and saying they are an example of Western narratives grotesquely distorting the truth about the conflict in the country.

The Russian Ministry of Defense a announced today that mass graves were in the liberated Aleppo. The victims were tortured and executed. Parts were missing and most were shot to the head.

There were also seven big warehouses discovered with thousands of weapons and ammunitions that could arm several battalions.
