Seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Romania advanced 0.1 percentage points from the previous month, to 5.1%, the National Institute of Statistics (INS) announced on Wednesday. According to INS, the male unemployment rate was 0.7 percentage points higher than the female unemployment rate.

Ljubljana – The jobless total in Slovenia stood at 44,000 in the second quarter of the year according to the labour force survey, down 20% compared to the quarter before, the Statistics Office said on Friday. The survey unemployment rate was 1.3 percentage points lower at 4.3%.

Turkey's unemployment rate was 10.6% in June, down 2.5 percentage points from the previous month, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) on Aug. 10.
