Athens buses, trolleys to hold work stoppages on Labor Day
Buses and trolleys in Athens will take part in the mobilisations marking Labor Day on Monday with work stoppages at the start and end of the day's shifts.
According to their unions' announcements, buses and trolleys will not be running from the start of the shift until 9 a.m. and from 9 p.m. until the end of the shift.

Jobless rate stood at 10.2 in November last year
Türkiye's unemployment rate remained unchanged from October to stand at 10.2 percent in November 2022, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) said on Dec. 12
The number of unemployed increased by 23,000 on a monthly basis to 3.58 million people as of October, according to the official data.

Greece’s 2023 winter sales kick off
The 2023 winter sales began across Greece on Monday and will run through February 28.
Shops are meanwhile allowed to open on January 15, the first Sunday of the sales, from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.
