NBI boss confirms charges filed over Covid emergency procurement
Ljubljana – Petra Grah Lazar, director of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), has confirmed for the news portal Siol that the bureau has referred to the prosecution a criminal complaint in an abuse of office investigation into the purchases of personal protective equipment and ventilators during the early stages of the Covid-19 epidemic.
Google marks 15 years of Street View
Google celebrated on May 24 15 years since it kicked off its mammoth and hugely controversial effort to photograph streets in minute detail across the globe.
The panoramic images of Google Street View have slipped into daily life for millions but during its early years, it attracted countless court cases and howls of anguish from privacy campaigners.

Instead of giving Weapons to Ukraine, Bulgaria’s PM advised People to Donate their Salary
Bulgarian Prime Minister Kirill Petkov announced a public campaign for raising financial resources for the Ukrainian government on the social network Facebook
"I call on every Bulgarian citizen who really wants to help Ukraine to donate one salary, like me. Words are easy, things are difficult, it's time for Facebook posts to become funds for Ukraine," he said.
Bulgarian PM will visit Kyiv on Wednesday
"We expect to leave for Kyiv on Wednesday, where the trip would be a bit more special because there is a war. We will go to Poland next and from there I would not say exactly the route, but there is special preparation to travel at night and get to the capital."

Bulgarian Hospital “St. Anna” will Examine Free of Charge Injured People from Ukraine
From Monday, the medics at UMHAT "St. Anna" -Sofia AD will examine free of charge all victims or injured people of the war in Ukraine, as well as people forced by military action to leave their native places. Ethnicity or religion is irrelevant. The examinations will be performed in all available offices, by highly qualified doctors with all specialties available in the hospital.

Access to Facebook and Instagram may be Suspended throughout Europe
If Meta (the parent company of Facebook and Instagram) is unable to transfer, store and process data from its European users on US-based servers, access to Facebook and Instagram could be suspended across Europe. The owner of the giant Mark Zuckerberg warned about this on social media in his annual report.
