EU's legal action against three member-states over migrants
European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker says legal action will be launched on Wednesday against the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.
The reason is their failure to honor the pledges to accommodate refugees, Beta is reporting, quoting AP.

BSP to Propose Mixed Electoral System
''Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) will file a complaint with the Constitutional Court, seeking the annulment of some texts of the public finances law, as the government is distributing funds mainly towards municipalities of the ruling party Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB)'', BSP leader Korneliya Ninova told reporters, quoted by FOCUS News Agency.

Bulgarian Minister of Tourism Discusses Possibilities for Developmnet of Medicinal Tourism
Bulgaria's Minister of Tourism Nikolina Angelkova met with Minister of Health Professor Nikolay Petrov on Tuesday, reported BNR.
Ministers Angelkova and Petrov discussed possibilities for development of medicinal tourism in Bulgaria. According to Nikolina Angelkova the existence of healing mineral springs is a prerequisite for the development of that sector.
"Remarkable result in decentralized management of IPA funds"
Serbia has achieved a remarkable result in the decentralized management of IPA funds by signing 143 contracts, the government said in a statement.
The contracts were signed from June 6, 2014, when the Financing Agreement for the National IPA 2013 Program was signed, to June 6 this year.
