Cadez: German companies want cooperation with Serbia, RF
ST PETERSBURG - German companies are very interested in cooperation with Serbia and Russia, in particular in production and setting up production plants in Serbia, as well as in the export advantages Serbia has thanks to the free trade agreement with the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia President Marko Cadez said.
Germany OKs opening of two more EU talks chapters
BERLIN - Germany on Friday consented to opening two more chapters in Serbia's EU accession talks - Chapter 29 (customs union) and Chapter 7 (intellectual property), the RTS reported, quoting unofficial sources.
The two chapters are expected to be opened at an intergovernmental conference slated for June 20 in Luxembourg.

Grujic: Initiative could cut Serbia's trade deficit with Russia
ST PETERSBURG - An initiative to boost the volume of trade between Serbia and Russia, launched last year as an arrangement whereby 10 pct of Serbia's imports of Russian fuels would be compensated by Serbian exports to Russia, could be implemented within the next six months, PSP-Farman Holding President Branislav Grujic, who co-chairs the Serbia-Russia Business Council, said on Friday.
World Bank raises Turkey's economic growth forecast
The World Bank has raised Turkey's economic growth projections for the next three years as uncertainties ease, tourism recovers and corporate balance sheets mend under the less severe impacts of the July 2016 coup attempt than previously estimated, according to its Global Economic Prospects report published on June 5.

Germany greenlights two more EU chapters - report
RTS reported on Friday that it learned unofficially Germany has given its consent to open two more chapters in Serbia's EU accession negotiations.
These are chapter 29 (customs union) and 7 (intellectual property).
It is expected that the two chapters will be opened during an intergovernmental conference, planned for June 20 in Luxembourg.

Cadez: Number of Serbian companies in Russia rising
ST PETERSBURG - The number of Serbian companies in Russia is constantly rising - now there are 815 of them, compared to under 700 last year, with a total of 1341 products being exported to the Russian market, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (PKS) President Marko Cadez said in St Petersburg Thursday.
Nedimovic: We have potential for higher exports to Russia
ST PETERSBURG - Serbian Agriculture Minister Branislav Nedimovic said Thursday there was ample room for further improvement of the volume of agricultural and food trade with Russia despite the fact it was now 12 times higher compared to 2005.
