Wreckage

The wreckage of a Soviet plane, which disappeared after taking off for bombardment against the Nazis during the Second World War, was removed from the Black Sea 75 years later.

Search and rescue teams found wreckage from a crashed Japanese F-35 stealth fighter in the Pacific Ocean close to northern Japan, as efforts to find the missing pilot continued, authorities said on April 10.

One worker has died at the restoration site of a historic railway building in the western province of Uşak, after the ceiling and one sidewall collapsed. The remainder of the historic building, which belongs to the Turkish State Railways, collapsed while efforts were continuing to rescue the worker’s body on Nov. 9.
