Southern Black Sea Coast: Illegal Camping Inspections Set to Begin in April

To curb the burgeoning issue of unregulated camping along the Southern Black Sea coast, inspections are set to commence from April onwards. The decision comes following a meeting convened by the regional governor of Burgas, involving mayors from Black Sea municipalities and representatives from state institutions.

Bulgaria’s Future NATO Battle Group will Include between 700 and 1,000 Troops

Between 700 and 1,000 troops will be included in the future NATO battle group in Bulgaria, Defense Minister Stefan Yanev said in Brussels. He took part in a two-day meeting with his counterparts in the Pact. Minister Yanev added that between 70 and 80 percent of the members of the group will be Bulgarians and the command will be Bulgarian:

Bulgarian President will Convene a National Security Council on Threats to Bulgaria’s Security

President Rumen Radev will convene the National Security Advisory Council. It will take place on Tuesday, February 15, at 2 p.m. Bulgarian time.

The topic will be "Risks and threats to the national security of the Republic of Bulgaria. State of the Armed Forces. Necessary measures," the presidency said.
