"Public enemy - A Greek Tragedy" is the title of a new documentary about the 2010 Greek financial crisis that depicts Greece as an ideological victim of European Union forces punishing the country with austerity measures.

Former SYRIZA secretary indicates formation of new party ahead of European elections
Former SYRIZA heavyweight Dimitris Vitsas has said that a new political entity could be formed in anticipation of the upcoming European elections.
Vitsas, a former party secretary, recently parted ways with the main opposition, which is grappling with internal discord following the election of new leader Stefanos Kasselakis.

Diaspora vote confirms New Democracy lead
With all 17,258 valid votes cast by Greek citizens abroad in Sunday's general election counted, conservative New Democracy emerged as the most popular party overseas with 43.23% of the vote, a slight increase on its 42.62% share in the May election.
Left-wing SYRIZA came in second place, its 16.61% share down almost 2.5 points on May.

Poll gives New Democracy 21.5-point lead over SYRIZA
Conservative New Democracy enjoys a 21.5 percentage point over its main rival, leftist SYRIZA, according to a new opinion poll.
Conducted by Marc for ANT1, the poll put New Democracy on 39.5% and SYRIZA on 18%.
