Objective values to be amended in 4 areas following top court decision

The Finance Ministry is expected by the end of the year to amend the so-called objective values used for tax purposes in four parts of the country: the Athens suburbs of Filothei and Psychico, Neos Voutzas in northeastern Attica and Delphi.

The decision followed a ruling by the Council of State, Greece's highest administrative court, which found that the ENFIA property tax had been miscalculated in those particular areas.

The top court was expected to rule on more appeals filed by thousands of taxpayers cross the country.
