Village evacuated as firefighters battle blaze

A village in the western Peloponnese has been evacuated after a fire that broke out in a nearby forest approached houses.

Thirty fire tenders and 90 firefighters are battling the blaze at Dafniotissa, near Amaliada, with the help of three aircraft and a helicopter.
