French Bataclan Theatre To Re-open With Sting Concert
The Bataclan theatre in the French capital Paris, which was the scene of a terrorist act last year, will open doors again on November 12, reported AFP, cited by Focus agency.
The date of the re-opening of Bataclan is a day before the one-year anniversary of the jihadist attack which killed 90 people.

Divers Recover Fake €12 Million from Bulgarian Dam
Scuba divers retrieved the fake 500-euro notes, which added up to around 12 million euros, from the Mechka dam in southern Bulgaria, the prosecution announced in Plovdiv on Tuesday.
Three men have been arrested in relation to the case after a special operation carried out by Bulgaria's Specialised Prosecutor's Office, the State Agency for National Security, DANS, and the police.

Canada, EU Sign CETA
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the leaders of the EU signed on Sunday the free-trade agreement CETA which was being drafted for seven years, reported AFP, cited by Focus agency.
The ceremony in Brussels was supposed to take place on Tuesday but it was postponed due to the refusal of the Belgian region of Wallonia to support CETA.

Bulgarian MPs: Voting Sections Abroad To Have One Urn Only
The Legal Parliamentary Commission has rejected the proposal for amendments to the Electoral Code which stipulate that, via a decision of the Central Election Commission (including on the day of the election itself), voting with paper ballots in voting sections abroad may be done with more than one urn, reported Focus Agency.
