BELGRADE - Serbia's external goods trade in January-March totalled 16.3 bln euros, which is a 2.6 pct decrease y-o-y, according to figures released by the national statistical office.

Goods exports were worth 7.179 bln euros, dropping by 1.6 pct y-o-y, while imports totalled 9.126 bln euros, declining by 3.3 pct y-o-y.

The deficit was 1.946 bln euros, down by 9.1 pct y-o-y.

BELGRADE - A total 153,155 foreign tourists, mostly Bulgarians (14,278) and Russians (14,122), visited Serbia in March, which was a 9.7 pct increase y-o-y.

Tourists from the region - Bosnia and Herzegovina (12,983), Croatia (11,486) and North Macedonia (10,188) follow, the national statistical office said.

BELGRADE - Quoting figures released by the national statistical office, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) said on Tuesday Serbian y-o-y inflation had decelerated further, measuring 5.6 pct in February, in line with the its expectations.
