European Commission admits UNSAR complaint over RCA fees capping; Gov't has 10 weeks to reply
The European Commission admitted the complaint of the National Union of Romania's Insurers and Reinsurers (UNSAR) regarding the capping of the RCA mandatory liability insurance premium fees; the government has 10 weeks to respond, UNSAR said on Thursday at the request of AGERPRES.
Country's Supreme Defence Council to check magistrates if undercover officers
The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) has decided on Wednesday to notify the Country's Supreme Defence Council (CSAT) with a view to check upon all magistrates in order to find out whether they are or not undercover officers with some intelligence service, a release by the CSM told AGERPRES.
