"30% of Bulgarians already live abroad", announced President Rumen Radev. Yesterday he joined the National Conference on the Bulgarian Language "Sacred Language" at Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski". According to the head of state, our country needs a National Cultural Institute to unite Bulgarian communities abroad through the Bulgarian language and culture.

The annual fees for the training of students in the Bulgarian universities for the next 2019/2020 will vary between BGN 200 and EUR 7700. This is understood by a draft decision of the Council of Ministers, which has been put into public discussion, reports Dnevnik. 

Six Bulgarian cities are participating in the tenth edition of the European Researchers' Night which is taking place on Friday.

Events will take place simultaneously in 280 cities across Europe and beyond.

The six Bulgarian cities hosting events are Sofia, Plovidv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse and Stara Zagora, daily Dnevnik informs.

This year's edition of the European Researchers' Night will take place on September 26 in six Bulgarian cities from the early afternoon till around midnight.
