Asssad: US wages proxy war in Syria under "humanitarian" mask just like they did in Yugoslavia

Serbia, Bosnia Leaders Clash Over 'Genocide Lawsuit'

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic reacted angrily on Tuesday to a suggestion by the Bosniak member of the Bosnia's tripartite presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, who said that Sarajevo is considering filing a new lawsuit against Belgrade for aggression and genocide during the 1990s war on the basis of information from last week's verdict convicting Radovan Karadzic.

Anti-Terror Exercise Shows Off Serbia's Muscle

The joint anti-terrorist military exercise in Serbia on Saturday, called "The Shield", will be broadcast live, Radio Television of Serbia has announced, and will involve more than 500 participants from the security and defence agencies.

Top political leaders from the ruling coalition will be present among the crowd.

Hahn Visits Serbia to Push Accession Talks

On his second visit to Belgrade since taking over as EU Enlargement Commissioner last autumn, Hahn is meeting President Tomislav Nikolic and Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic among other officials.

Ahead of his visit, Hahn said Serbia and the EU should start accession talks soon, and he was there to help Belgrade finish the reforms it had started.
