In 1989 I visited the MAN truck and bus company in Munich and in particular the commercial tractor facility where very young men were employed on the assembly line. We were told they were students at the renowned Technical University of Munich and were doing their internship at the famed German company.

American Foundation Gives $ 185,000 to Restore the Buzludzha Monument
The Buzludzha Monument will receive a $ 185,000 grant from the American Getty Foundation. The aim is to prepare a plan for its conservation and future use. This is said in a publication on the site of the organization, which describes the building as a "masterpiece of civil engineering" and "an indispensable part of Bulgarian history".
Of course beer came before bread
For decades, beer partisans have argued that fermented rather than baked grain led humans to begin sowing the fields, settling down, and abandoning their hunter-gatherer ways. I have found none of their arguments persuasive; there just wasn’t a smoking gun to support it one way or another.
