Serbia, Belarus sign intergovernmental agreements

MINSK - Serbia and Belarus on Thursday signed several intergovernmental agreements in the areas of the economy, health care, tourism, culture, sport and military-technical cooperation.

The agreements were signed in Minsk at a ceremony attended by PMs Aleksandar Vucic and Andrei Kobyakov.

Kobyakov: Serbia our key economic partner in Balkans

MINSK - Serbia is Belarus's key economic partner in the Balkans, Belarusian PM Andrei Kobyakov said Thursday.

Belarus is committed to long-term cooperation with Serbia, Kobyakov said after a meeting with Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic, welcoming the signing of a road map for bilateral cooperation, aimed at creating optimal conditions for economic ties.

Vucic arrives in Minsk, to meet with Lukashenko, Kobyakov

MINSK - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic arrived in Minsk Wednesday on an official visit to Belarus, where he will have bilateral meetings with President Alexander Lukashenko and PM Andrei Kobyakov on Thursday and Friday.

Vucic was welcomed at the Minsk airport by Trade Minister Vladimir Koltovich.

Serbian PM on two-day official visit to Belarus

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic will be on an official visit to Belarus January 26-27, the government announced on Wednesday.

Vucic will have separate bilateral meetings with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko and Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov, with whom he will attend the signing ceremony of several bilateral agreements.

Belarus President Lukashenko Dismisses Prime Minister

Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed his chief of staff Andrei Kobyakov as Prime Minister.

The move was announced on Saturday by the press service of the President.

Kobyakov replaces Mikhail Myasnikovich, who served as Belarus' Prime Minister since December 2010, according to Deustche Welle.
