The 64th Ljubljana Jazz Festival will feature 27 concerts by musicians from 18 countries between 5 and 8 July headlined by Gard Nillsen's Supersonic Orchestra and British artist Benjamin Clementine.

Three years ago, Albania declared the village home to an ethnic Bulgarian minority.

Some were nonplussed. The village has rich traditions of its own but no visible connection with Bulgaria, though many are Gorani a Slavic Muslim community that straddles Kosovo, North Macedonia and Albania and whose language is Slavic.

The Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF) will open its 20th edition on July 23 with simultaneous screenings in 20 localities of Romania, reads a release issued on Tuesday by the organizers. "On the anniversary of the 20th edition of TIFF, the emotions of the Opening Gala will be felt, this year, in 20 localities in the country, simultaneously.
