He recalled how in 2014 the European Union reacted correctly by localizing the conflict and limiting it to smaller areas.

Orban emphasized on the social network "X" that it is time for everyone to face the truth that the Brussels agreement has failed in this matter.

"Peace will reign in the morning if the Americans want it. And why the Americans don't want it, that's the question the whole world is thinking about. Ukraine has actually lost its sovereignty - it has no money, no military industry, no military production capacity of its own. Ukraine gets money mainly from the USA, military resources also from the Americans and the West," Orbn points out.

During a guest appearance on the radio station "Kosut", he commented on the recent statement of the mayor of Budapest, Gergely Karcsony, who said that "Hungary is already at war with Russia".
"If someone says such things and does not move, that person is simply not in their right mind," Orbn said.

Orbn added that "more and more decisions are being made about the use of newer and stronger weapons", and that "the West is sending Ukraine more and more modern equipment", reports MTI.

He told Hungarian radio that the leaders of the Western world are "struck by war fever", that they give speeches in which they call for victory in the war and send more and more dangerous weapons to Ukraine, the MTI agency reports.

Orbn was met at the airport by Finance Minister Sinia Mali.

"Serbia is a key country. Without EU accession, there is no reason to talk about security and identity. Europe needs Serbia more than Serbia needs the EU. Otherwise, security will be at risk," Orbn said at the panel, talking about the problem of migration.
Vui pointed out that there are three things that could be important for everyone.

"I see that he was attacked in the media, I guess the man is guilty of advocating Serbia's entry into the EU. The only thing I can say to Orbn is 'Thank you'," said Vui, answering the questions at the press conference after visiting the Special Hospital for Cerebrovascular Diseases "St. Sava" in Belgrade.
He pointed out that the two countries have excellent relations.

In an interview for the German portal Focus Online on the occasion of Hungary's decision to buy the Russian vaccine Sputnik V, he said that in a pandemic, it is the job of politicians to take responsibility and protect the health and lives of citizens.
