Archaeologists in Morocco on Nov. 18 unveiled what they said was the oldest jewelry in the world, perforated seashells dating back as much as 150,000 years.

US Senate confirms Jeff Flake to Turkey envoy post
The Senate confirmed two prominent anti-Trump Republicans to serve in the Biden administration on Oct. 26 with former Sen. Jeff Flake of Arizona approved to serve as the ambassador to Turkey and Cindy McCain, the wife of the late Sen.
