A Ukrainian MP is demanding the extradition of a Bulgarian national, Georgi Bliznakov, for joining pro-Russian separatist fighters in eastern Ukraine and killing civilians and soldiers.
The Ukrainian MP and adviser to the Interior Ministry, Anton Gerashchenko, made the announcement on Facebook on Monday.
