Denmark rejects 13yo Chinese girl's application to live with family

Denmark has denied a 13-year-old Chinese girl the right to live in the country with her mother and Danish stepfather, claiming the teen will not be able to integrate. The girl's classmates have launched a petition which has gathered over 1,700 signatures.
Ai Weiwei pulls Danish exhibitions in protest at migrant law
Dissident Chinese artist Ai Weiwei said he would withdraw from two exhibitions in Denmark to protest against an asylum law passed by parliament that included rules on confiscating valuables from migrants to help pay for their stay.
His decision is the latest in a cultural backlash against Denmark which on Jan. 26 passed the measures aimed at deterring refugees from seeking asylum.
