President Iohannis, Estonian PM discuss boosting Romanian-Estonian trade

On Thursday, Romania's President Klaus Iohannis discussed with Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas the prospects for the bilateral relationship between Romania and Estonia, items of shared interest on the European agenda, as well regional and multilateral priorities.

Poland, Lithuania to Build EUR 558 M Gas Link in Strategic EU-backed Deal

Poland and Lithuania have signed the grant agreement on the first gas pipeline connecting the two countries, the European Commission announced on Thursday.

The project GIPL (Gas Interconnector Poland - Lithuania) will "end the long lasting isolation of the Baltic Sea region and bring the energy needed for a new economic dynamism to the region," the Commission said on its website.
