Chinese President Xi Jinping started a historic visit in Pyongyang on June 20 to reboot a troubled alliance, as he and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un face their own challenges with U.S. President Donald Trump.    

After a meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Vladivostok, Putin said at a press conference he was satisfied with the results of the talks.

Russia's Vladimir Putin and North Korea's Kim Jong Un met for their first-ever summit on April 25, vowing to seek closer ties as they look to counter U.S. influence.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un will soon visit Russia for a summit with President Vladimir Putin, North Korean state media said on Tuesday, with a Russian newspaper reporting they will meet on Thursday in Vladivostok, reported Reuters. 

The nuclear summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un in Hanoi ended abruptly without an agreement on Feb. 28, the White House said after the two leaders cut short their discussions.

North Korea has an enormous economic potential if the leader of the country, Kim Jong-un, agrees Pyongyang to give up its nuclear weapons. A similar publication on Twitter came out yesterday by US President Donald Trump. In it, he adds that Vietnam can be an example the country should follow, CNBC wrote.

The train station on the Vietnam-China border where Kim Jong Un is expected to arrive by rail was closed to the public and surrounded by armed guards on Feb. 25, days ahead of the North Korean leader's summit with Donald Trump.

U.S. President Donald Trump will hold a second summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in late February but will maintain economic sanctions on Pyongyang, the White House said on Jan. 18 after Trump met Pyongyang's top nuclear negotiator.   

The first organized tourist group from Bulgaria will arrive in North Korea in April. The excursion will coincide with the celebrations on the occasion of the 107th birthday of the leader Kim Il-sung  - the grandfather of the current country leader, Kim Jong-un.

North Korea's leader, Kim Jong Un, arrived in China on Monday for a four-day visit at the invitation of President Xi Jinping, Chinese and North Korean official media said, quoted by Washington Post. 

The visit offers Kim and Xi an opportunity to co-ordinate second summit with U.S. President Donald Trump.
